An Appeal for USD 32.7 million was launched on 18 January to meet an increase in humanitarian needs in Côte d'Ivoire and neighbouring countries should the crisis worsen. The emergency plan will also support the ongoing humanitarian response. A separate appeal for USD 55 million is also being launched for Liberia, to respond to the needs of the many refugees in the country.  More: Côte d'Ivoire Appeal - Liberia Appeal
