HIGHTLIGHTS:

• BOLIVIA: 2,780 families in Beni and Pando have been affected by rain; a total of 25,000 families are affected in the country.

• BOLIVIA and PARAGUAY: Dengue cases continue increasing. Bolivia reported 1,200 cases and Paraguay 4,000.

• ECUADOR: At leaste 55 cantons in five provinces have declared a state of emergency due to drought.
