UNDAC mission mobilized for Cambodia

A United Nations Disaster Assessment and Coordination (UNDAC) mission has been mobilized for Cambodia to support the United Nations Resident Coordinator and the Government in responding to the devastating floods affecting the country. The 3-member team is led by the Regional Disaster Response Advisor for Asia, based in Japan, who arrived in Phnom Penh on Friday, 15 September. The other two members, provided by Canada and Denmark, are expected in-country by Wednesday, 20 September.
