The event will be webcast on UN WebTV.
The High-Level Pledging Event aims to urgently secure resources to address the unprecedented humanitarian needs of people in Ethiopia, Kenya and Somalia in 2023 and beyond.
The event will discuss the underlying factors affecting the Horn of Africa and explore opportunities for practical, long-term solutions, including how to promote and finance climate adaptation.
In 2022, the UN and partners reached more than 30 million people in the Horn of Africa with life-saving humanitarian assistance.
