- The 2010 Emergency Humanitarian Response Plan received 71% ($413 million) of the $ 580 million requested
- Newly established Emergency Response Fund received $ 2.6 million and committed $1.1 million to emergency response activities
- Kenya received $ 30.8 m from the Central Emergency Response Fund
