Humanitarian actors in Libya are heavily concerned by continued fighting around and in the capital, Tripoli, and the devastating consequences on civilians.

The Humanitarian Coordinator alongside the humanitarian team continue to work tirelessly supporting the people of Libya and urge all parties of the conflict to guarantee unhindered humanitarian access, unconditional medical evacuations and the protection and safety of civilians caught up in conflict zones.

Aid organisations have prepositioned essential relief supplies, including medical kits, food, shelter and water sanitation items to provide lifesaving support to those most in need and it is now critical for all responders to access those people in need.
