Mark Lowcock, Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs and Emergency Relief Coordinator, is scheduled to travel to Davos, Switzerland, to participate in the Annual Meeting of the World Economic Forum 2018, this year under the theme Creating a Shared Future in a Fractured World.
Mr. Lowcock will participate in high-level gatherings with other global leaders to discuss issues of humanitarian concern as well as advocate for transformative partnerships between humanitarian and development organizations and the private sector aiming at enhancing collaborative response with a positive impact on the lives of people in need.
