OCHA maintains a cooperative relationship with Georgia. Georgia collaborates with OCHA in various areas of humanitarian work.

Europe is increasingly finds itself bordering regions of instability. With significant refugee and migration flows from the Middle East and Africa, and the conflict caused by the invasion of Ukraine by Russian forces, Europe is central to the humanitarian system. OCHA does not currently have a regional office for Europe, though its European headquarters are located in Geneva, Switzerland.

OCHA Türkiye is one of the three OCHA hubs working together to implement the Syria Humanitarian Response Plan (HRP) collectively in the spirit of the whole of Syria.
